Having professional working relationships with outside contractors, sub-contractors and consultants plays a vital role in the delivery of the Property Service's mission.
External firms are awarded contracts through the University's Tendering Process, and work most closely with the Division's Capital Projects and Operations & Facilities teams.
The Division only engages firms that demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, and that can work to the tight timelines of the academic year.
To become one of the University's Preferred Contractors, firms must comply with the University's stringent health and safety standards and have all required documentation. See if your company is on our list of Approved Contractors.
